How does the inquiry process work?
You submit an inquiry through our website. A member of our Concierge Team responds personally — no auto-responders, no intake forms. We have a genuine conversation to understand your situation and determine whether there is a meaningful fit on both sides.
What does an engagement look like?
Engagements are designed around your specific leadership context, not a pre-set program. The format, cadence, and focus evolve as your situation evolves. We do not offer one-off sessions or group programs.
How is my privacy protected?
Unconditional discretion is a foundational principle of our work. We do not share client names, details, or conversations — ever. No testimonials, no case studies, no exceptions.
Do you work with entire leadership teams?
Our launch focus is 1:1 coaching for individual leaders. If you have interest in broader team engagements, raise it during your inquiry and we will discuss whether and how we can support that.

What does this cost?

Is this therapy or counseling?
No. Ethos Quest is executive coaching — focused on leadership performance, decision quality, and strategic clarity. While our practitioners bring depth and humanity to the work, it is distinct from clinical mental health services.
